These sponsorships support a major ballet production at the Coronado Theater. Theater cost have risen significantly so sponsorships our vital for ballet to remain in the heart of our city at the Coronado Theater.

Rhapsody in Blood Fundraiser

Rhapsody is our annual murder mystery fundraiser. Cocktails and buffet dinner are punctuated by scenes of a murder mystery performance.

Other Performance Opportunties

Smaller productions need as much help as the larger ones. These performances are important to the growth and development of our students. Providing these opportunities remains a high priority for the organization. These performances include the Young Choreographers' Concert, Childrens Dance Theater, the Joffrey Bus Trip, and the annual School Performance.

DanceReach

DanceReach is the performing group of the school of RDC. This program is offered free to students 8 years and up with the purpose of providing: performance opportunities; a creative atmosphere to discover new dance forms and an enjoyable group experience.

  • $2500 secures the teaching staff
  • $500 secures new costumes & equipment
Intensives, Workshops and Guest Teachers

We would like to offer these learning opportunities at the most affordable price possible to not only RDC students and community dancer. Your gift would help these highly exceptional opportunities to succeed.

Scholarships

RDC offers two types of scholarships. The Joan Stonecipher Scholarship was established in 1995 to provide financial assistance to individuals who have demonstrated an outstanding aptitude, desire, and dedication to the discipline of dance. Financial Assistance is given out to over 15 students a year to assist families with the cost of classes. $715 pays for a school year consisting of 2 dance classes a week. Any size of donation would be greatly appreciated.
