Zumba is a unique and exciting high energy fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance in an easy to follow format. No experience necessary!

Wednesday's Zumba class will be a beginner class where the teacher will break down the steps and explains them.
Beginning Ballroom Dance - It starts with a beat. Learn the basics of Waltz, Rumba, and Tango and the music that inspires them. This class explores the fundamentals of Ballroom and Latin dancing technique. Skills for leading (men) and following (women) will be introduced. In each dance style, basic patterns and smooth transitions will be taught, so you can take it to the dance floor. The class is suitable for anyone with little or no social ballroom dancing experience.
